December 2013 Unemployment Rates

The Garrett County Office of Economic Development has shared the December 2013 Unemployment Rates.  December and year-to-date unemployment rates for Garrett County, Maryland and the United States are as follows:

One jurisdiction, Dorchester County, had the same unemployment rate of 9.1% in November.  Nine jurisdictions had higher unemployment rates in December:  Allegany, Baltimore City, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Somerset, Washington, Wicomico and Worcester.
