The latest numbers are out for the month of April and they continue to look pretty good.  As I am asked all the time how the market is doing in Deep Creek, I tell them that we continue to see ever so slight improvements.  Here you see that the pending sales are just a tick below the 5 year average.

But the closed sales are a bit above the 5 year average for April.

We can see here that the new listings are actually down in April and this is also good news.

This is one number that we would love to see drop by a good bit.  If the sales continue and the new listings continue to drop then this number will also drop.
